Slow down and sink in. Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice of floor-based poses held for 2–5 minutes to gently stress the fascia, hydrate the joints, and soothe the nervous system.
With props for support and mindful breathing, we invite stillness so your body can unwind and your mind can quiet. Expect hip, hamstring, and spine openers, simple meditations, and lots of spacious rest.
This class is beginner-friendly and a beautiful complement to stronger, “yang” styles or busy lives. Leave feeling grounded, open, and reset.
Great for: tight hips/low back, athletes, desk-sitters, overthinkers, and anyone seeking calm.
Bring: comfy layers, water, and an open mind. Mats/props provided (or bring your favorites).
